About the event
Oaxacan cuisine from both traditional and contemporary perspectives through a demonstrative cooking class. Prepare traditional Oaxacan appetizers, starters, main courses, and desserts. The class will conclude with a tasting menu. Teachers will share stories that have shaped the evolution and importance of preserving and excelling our roots.
